  • Congratulations to our own CDR Kim DaCosta-Azar, USN! She is the 2020 recipient of the Captain Joy Bright Hancock and Master Chief Anna Der-Vartanian Leadership Award!  Established in 1987, the CAPT Joy Bright Hancock and Master Chief Anna Der-Vartanian Leadership Awards are presented annually to honor the visionary leadership of Navy service members whose ideals and dedication foster an inclusive culture by furthering the integration of women into the Navy. Full Story Here.

  • ​Congratulations to our own CAPT Danielle Lukich, USN! She was selected as the Navy League of the United States 2020 Sea Service Award winner for Naval Intelligence Professionals.  The Naval Intelligence Professionals Award for Exceptional Leadership in Intelligence Support to the Fleet is awarded to that Officer of the Sea Services, in the pay grades of O-4, O-5, or O-6, and selected among those nominated by afloat and shore-based commands. Full Story Here.

Michael T. Lisa, former commanding officer of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 135, is the Pacific Fleet recipient and Cmdr. Allen M. Siegrist, commanding officer of USS James E. Williams (DDG 95), is the Fleet Forces recipient.
